Job Description

As an IT Site Support Intern, you will assist Quad's Site Support team with day-to-day technology operations. You'll help organize IT storage areas, process e-waste following SOPs, and manage shipping and receiving of equipment. With guidance, you may work on lower-level helpdesk tickets and basic troubleshooting. This role offers hands-on experience supporting end-user technology in a professional environment while you pursue your IT degree.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain IT storage areas for hardware and peripherals
  • Process e-waste in line with documented standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support shipping and receiving of IT equipment and related products
