Solutions Consultant

Solutions Consultant Our client, a high-growth enterprise software company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support customers throughout the pre-sales, onboarding, implementation, and adoption lifecycle.

Location: This role is primarily in-office with flexibility and may be based in either San Francisco or New York City. Some customer-related travel may be required.

Job Description: This client-facing role will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, and help customers realize sustained value from the platform. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical curiosity, project management skills, and experience translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities: Partner with Sales to support discovery, solution development, product demonstrations, and other pre-sales activities Lead customer onboarding and implementation initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and success measures Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and provide guidance on platform adoption and best practices Manage multiple customer workstreams, implementation milestones, documentation, and project deliverables Develop customer-facing guides, training materials, process documentation, and reusable implementation resources Monitor customer adoption and engagement to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for additional value Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience Help develop scalable processes, systems, and tools that support enterprise customers Support the introduction and adoption of new product capabilities and solution offerings Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, customer success, professional services, or another customer-facing role Experience supporting B2B software customers in a fast-paced environment, including onboarding or implementation activities Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customer stakeholders and internal technical teams Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to: The individual's skill sets, experience, and training; Licensure and certifications; Office location and other geographic considerations; Other business and organizational needs.
