Process Mining Technical Analyst

Miebach is seeking a Process Mining Technical Analyst to support process mining projects from data discovery through delivery. You will prepare and validate operational data, develop event logs and process models, configure analyses and dashboards, troubleshoot technical issues, and document project requirements and results. The role works with client teams and consultants across supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support projects from data discovery through delivery and handover.
• Document operational processes and translate requirements into technical data specifications and source-system mappings.
• Extract, clean, transform, and prepare operational data from WMS, TMS, ERP, MES, YMS, and other systems.
• Build and maintain event logs and process mining data models; validate data, process logic, and analytical outputs.
• Configure process mining analyses, KPIs, dashboards, filters, and process views; investigate deviations and bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support testing and user acceptance testing, and maintain technical documentation.
