Supply Chain Analyst : : W2 Profiles : : Hybrid

Role: Supply Chain Analytics 

Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

·       Experience in supply chain analytics, planning, logistics, materials management, manufacturing operations, or business analytics.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

·       Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.

·       Experience performing spend analysis, financial modeling, and cost optimization initiatives.

·       Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, and planning processes.

·       Experience working in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment preferred.

·       Experience with ERP systems, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

·       Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.

·       Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·       Ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

·       Typically requires 4–6+ years of relevant experience, depending on scope and level.

·       Experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, planning, logistics, finance, or business intelligence preferred.

·       Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics operations in a regulated environment is a plus.

·       Experience developing executive-level reporting and performance management processes is preferred.
