Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong functional expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-module projects and process integration initiatives.
• Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HCM best practices.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and data flow processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
