Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, frontend engineering, cloud-native application development, and DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS services, microservices architecture, Kafka-based event-driven integrations, CI/CD automation, and cloud infrastructure management.

The candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Python, and Node.js.

• Build RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

• Implement asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture using Kafka.

• Develop secure integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

2. Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.

• Implement Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture where required to support modular UI ownership and independent deployments.

• Build reusable component libraries and maintain frontend standards.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate Figma designs into functional interfaces.

• Ensure accessibility, browser compatibility, and responsive design.

3. UI/UX Engineering

• Work with Figma for low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop consistent design systems and reusable UI components.

• Follow accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

• Collaborate with designers and product teams to improve user experience.

4. AWS Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using AWS cloud services.

• Work with AWS Lambda, ECS, EKS, EC2, API Gateway, ALB, S3, and CloudFront.

• Implement database solutions using RDS and DynamoDB.

• Configure VPC, IAM roles, security groups, encryption, and secrets management.

• Ensure cloud infrastructure follows security, scalability, and availability best practices.

5. Event-Driven Architecture & Integration

• Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.

• Design asynchronous messaging and event-processing workflows.

• Develop REST API integrations between distributed services.

• Ensure reliable communication, fault tolerance, and data consistency across services.

6. CI/CD & DevOps

• Use GitLab for source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement automated build, testing, security scanning, and deployment processes.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.

• Automate application deployments across development, QA, staging, and production environments.

• Implement deployment quality gates and release automation.

7. Testing & Quality Engineering

• Take end-to-end quality ownership within the development pod.

• Develop unit, API, integration, and UI automation test cases.

• Use Playwright for frontend automation testing.

• Implement BDD/TDD practices using Cucumber.

• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.

• Ensure quality gates are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

8. Agile Delivery & Release Management

• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and PI Planning.

• Manage user stories, sprint planning, and backlog activities using Jira.

• Coordinate change and release management activities through ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and technical discussions.

9. Monitoring & Production Support

• Implement application monitoring and observability using AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch.

• Monitor application metrics, logs, distributed tracing, and alerts.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Improve application reliability, performance, and operational stability.

• Participate in production deployments and support activities.
