Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate at NIKE, you'll bring the brand to life on the sales floor by delivering premium service and product expertise to every athlete who walks in. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend performance and lifestyle footwear, apparel, and accessories that elevate their sport and everyday experiences. You'll operate POS systems, handle transactions accurately, and support merchandising, stocking, and visual standards to keep the store sharp and inspiring. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend Nike products

• Support merchandising, stocking, and visual standards on the sales floor
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and back-of-house organization
