Job Description

  • Professional experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Core HR
    • Benefits
    • Payroll
    • Compensation
    • Recruiting
    • Talent Management
    • Time and Labor
    • Absence Management
    • HCM Security
  • Ability to understand HR business processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, production support or implementation activities.
  • Exposure to one or more Oracle technologies such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, REST APIs, SOAP services or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience preparing functional or technical documentation.
  • Participation in testing, issue resolution, deployment or application-support activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, project teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
