IT Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead - Hybrid for a contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC.

The Delivery Lead will oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and alignment with financial objectives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The Delivery Lead will facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies like Jira
• Ensure effective coordination among stakeholders and alignment with financial objectives
• Plan, execute, and close projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Report and present project status to leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and Agile frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data analysis skills
• Background in Digital technologies
• Able to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship now or in the future

Desired skills:

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP)
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
