The Role

• Strategically develop markets through analysis of trends and competitive landscapes.
• Design and evolve a modular product and service portfolio focused on customer-centric, future-proof solutions.
• Innovate business models by developing and implementing modern pricing and revenue strategies.
• Define key performance indicators to monitor product group performance.
• Act as a crucial interface, collaborating with development, marketing, sales, and production teams.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical or energy economics degree.
• Solid experience in product management for complex B2B solutions, preferably in energy supply, automation, or mechanical engineering.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate technological trends into strategic actions.
• Fluent German and English language skills, with proficiency in communicating complex information.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 25 days/year).
