Chisholm is seeking an experienced Professional Practice Business Partner for our Digital, AI and Technology Centre of Excellence (CoE).

ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Professional Practice Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Develop, lead and review a digital and AI capability action plan for the VET workforce nationally
- Lead the design and rollout of digital and AI capability initiatives aligned to relevant capability frameworks
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled practices across the TAFE network, including communicating best practice and championing AI use at network forums
- Deliver workforce uplift initiatives to educators, leaders, and professional staff
- Align digital and AI capability development to national VET priorities, workforce transformation agendas, and educator capability initiatives led through the VET Educator Academy
- Coordinate VET scholarship, fellowship and community of practice programs across the TAFE network.
- Partner with senior leaders across TAFE and the national VET ecosystem to define digital and AI capability needs.
- Project manage the implementation of the VET workforce digital and AI skill action plan, ensuring appropriate governance is in place, tracking achievements and following up as necessary.
- Collaborate with Chisholm's Workforce Development team, Professional Educator College and VET Educator Academy on joint PD initiatives.
You are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of digital technologies, AI, and their practical application in organisational contexts.
Qualifications required for the role- Relevant Degree, and post graduate qualification and experience, or extensive management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant management and leadership experience and/or education or training.
- Experience working in or with TAFEs and TAFE workforces
