The Role • Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs. • Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing. • Access HVAC equipment in various locations (attics, crawlspaces, basements) to evaluate current systems. • Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements. • Present financing options and system solutions during consultations. • Close sales in a one-call scenario, ensuring a professional customer experience from start to finish. What You'll Need • Prior in-home sales experience is preferred. • One-call close experience is strongly preferred. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to work in various conditions, including attics and crawlspaces. • Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
