Principal AI Engineer (Accepting H1B Transfer) (We need someone very heavy on Quant)

We re looking for a mid-to-senior AI Engineer to build highly technical, production-grade AI systems for quantitative workflows. The ideal candidate has deep experience developing agentic AI applications, including autonomous planning and reasoning, tool use/function calling, multi-agent orchestration, persistent memory, retrieval, workflow execution, agent evaluation, observability, and guardrails.
Must-haves

• Strong hands-on experience buildingAI agents / agentic systemsin production
• Deep technical expertise across LLM application architecture, orchestration frameworks, APIs, MCPs, RAG, tool integration, evaluation, and LLM Ops
• Strong Python/SQL skills and ability to design robust, scalable systems.
• Experience working on technically complex quantitative use cases
• Experience in financial services, quantitative investing, markets, or trading
• Experience with Docker and Git
