Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Mortgage/Lending
Location: Remote
Experience: 7+ Years
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with experience in the Mortgage/Lending domain. The ideal candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of mortgage and lending applications.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Create functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with system implementation and production support.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Experience in Mortgage or Lending domain.
  • Knowledge of the mortgage loan lifecycle (origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
