Contract Manager

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Contract Manager for a growing team in the downtown Columbia, SC area. This position will support on-going work efforts and offer the opportunity for continued professional growth. 

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day contract activities, serving as point of contact for vendors and IT leadership as well as lead specialist projects and provide recommendations on on-going work efforts.

Duties:

• Lead and evaluate contract workflows and workloads, tracking key activities and project milestones. 
• Facilitate meetings with executive stakeholders and external clients to elicit changing requirements and provide updates/explanations on contract renewals, redlines, and on-going negotiations.
• Lead and support renewal activities for critical IT vendor contracts, lead negotiations, and support vendor review activities.
• Develop and maintain reports and collaborate with different IT department heads to evaluate SLAs and vendor performance metrics. 
• Collaborate with asset management, procurement, business development, negotiation teams, and finance to support successful contract lifecycles. 

Qualifications:

• Experience as a contract advisor, contract manager, vendor manager, procurement officer, etc. 
• Work supporting IT vendor contracts activities
• Project management work
