The Role

• Operate machinery and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving minor machine malfunctions.
• Ensure proper maintenance and responsible use of plant technology.
• Monitor the filling process to guarantee product quality.
• Support the handling of non-conforming products.
• Process complaints and rework as needed.
• Maintain documentation for all consumables and ensure traceability.
• Manage inventory and stock levels.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a food technology specialist, machine and plant operator, or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
• A precise and conscientious work ethic.
• Adherence to hygiene regulations.
