The Role
- Administer the delivery of services to military members, veterans, and their families, adhering to established policies.
- Support the delivery of International Services programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
- Manage and develop a volunteer engagement program to ensure service delivery.
- Coordinate services with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals, including support programs and material assistance.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor program outcomes, and report on results for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong computer proficiency, public speaking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to balance and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must meet strict medical and security clearances for worldwide deployment.
