The Role • Process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently. • Replenish and organize products on the sales floor to ensure availability. • Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, sales floor, and stockrooms. • Fulfill omni-channel customer requests in line with company procedures. • Uphold the company's service culture and visual merchandising standards. What You'll Need • Must be at least 18 years old. • Strong communication skills and the ability to perform essential job functions. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift cartons up to 25 lbs. • Comfortable with technology and handheld devices. • Fluency in the local language, with basic English proficiency being a plus.
