This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing manufacturing organization, to hire an experienced HR Generalist. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy production facility, offering the opportunity to own payroll while contributing across all areas of Human Resources.

The HR Generalist will oversee payroll administration while supporting recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and other core HR functions. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering closely with employees and leadership. Process payroll accurately for a workforce consisting of both direct employees and contingent labor. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Serve as a resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns. Administer benefits, leave programs, performance management, and other day-to-day HR processes. Coordinate employee training, certifications, and compliance initiatives while maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

Prepare HR reports, maintain personnel documentation, and assist with ongoing HR projects.
3–5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
~ Experience processing payroll for 200–400 employees or more.
~ Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
~ Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
~ experience with other HRIS/payroll systems will also be considered.
~ Bachelor's degree is a plus. Collaborative team environment with significant interaction on the production floor.
