Software Sourcing Manager

Pay Range: $80 - $88/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Vendor Management. 
• Strong experience in Software and SaaS sourcing/procurement. 
• Lead complex RFx processes and contract negotiations from requirements through award. 
• Deep understanding of SaaS licensing, pricing models, and commercial terms. 
• Develop negotiation strategies to drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and risk reduction. 
• Identify opportunities for license optimization, consolidation, and multi-year agreements. 
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, and contractual compliance. 
• Partner closely with IT, Finance, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders. 
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, Software Licensing, Hardware Maintenance, MNDA, MSA, DPA, and SOW contracts. 
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
