Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Digital communication and conversation experience:  Two way digital communication, Real time communication, Asynchronous conversation, 
• Virtual agent interaction, contextual assistance and seamless human hand off
• P&C and Billing Experience:  Good implementation knowledge in P&C lines of business like personal auto, workmen compensation with strong hands on billing products/modules
• Customer and member experience:  Customer journey design, UX, Digital Experience, Co browsing, Member channel experience, Self service and tell me once experiences
• Context and interaction management:  Real time context transfer, Unified interaction history, Saving/retrieving previous interactions, continuity across channels, and contextual information transfer
• Identity, Access and Security:  IAM, Authorization, Delegated access, Operator models, Security, Privacy and compliance
• API, Integration and workflow engineering:  API and Integration skills, Member/account integrations, Workflow orchestration, System to system communication and self service enablement
• Web, Mobile and cloud technology:  Web and mobile product knowledge, cloud architecture awareness, AWS knowledge and digital channel technologies
• Insurance digital sales and servicing:  Digital quoting, quote management, quote to bind process, account/member servicing, Virtual agent to professional hand off and end to end digital transaction journeys

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proven ability to handle the role of development product owner engaging multiple stakeholders from business, sponsor, team, program and solution streams
• Exposed to tools like JIRA and Kanban etc.,
• Versatile in managing product backlogs and prioritization of user stories etc.,
• Managing the life cycle of product backlogs and activities during pre inception, during and post inception phases of program increment planning
• Hands in demonstration of the completed user stories with different stakeholders like business, other cross team etc., and managing the acceptance criteria and sign off etc.
