Job Description

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions that support our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you will assess skill gaps, build engaging instructor-led and e-learning programs, and align training to safety, quality, and operational goals. You will collaborate with leaders across functions, leverage data to measure effectiveness, and continuously improve curricula. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning programs for manufacturing and corporate teams supporting Honda's U.
  • S. operations
  • Conduct needs assessments and partner with leaders to align training with business and safety goals
  • Develop e-learning, workshops, and blended learning using modern instructional design methods
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and use data to improve content and delivery
  • Support onboarding, technical upskilling, and leadership development initiatives
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Collaborate with HR, operations, and safety teams to support continuous improvement culture
  • Maintain learning content, LMS data, and training records for compliance and quality standards
