Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable development and deployment environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD, automation, containers, infrastructure management, and production support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Proficiency in Python, Shell/Bash, or PowerShell scripting.

• Experience with Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of Git and source control management.

• Experience with cloud services such as compute, storage, networking, IAM, and databases.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, automation, security, and system reliability.

• Experience with application deployment, configuration management, and production support.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and operational processes.

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.

• Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.

• Implement security and access controls across cloud environments.

• Work closely with developers, QA, architects, and other technical teams.

• Participate in code reviews, infrastructure design, and technical discussions.

• Support cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Helm, Argo CD, or similar DevOps tools.

• Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates.

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.

• Knowledge of Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure Automation.

• Cloud certification is a plus.
