Job Description
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and support production-grade AI agents and retrieval systems. The engineer will own how business content is represented, retrieved, evaluated, and made available to AI agents while working closely with business teams.
Must have:
· Production Python and/or TypeScript
· Agent design, tool calling, prompt engineering, retrieval
· Retrieval engineering: chunking, embeddings, metadata design, measuring retrieval quality
· MCP, A2A, agent development kits, LangChain or equivalent
· Comfortable embedded with a business team
