The Role • Conduct inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues. • Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention and control to new and existing clients. • Achieve sales goals through prospecting and managing assigned leads. • Utilize company-provided tools and technology to manage client relationships and sales agreements. • Build trusted relationships with businesses by providing innovative and empathetic solutions. • Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer interactions. What You'll Need • Previous sales or customer relationship management experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • A valid driver's license. • Ability to work independently in the field and interact effectively with clients. • Willingness to obtain required pesticide licensing/certification.
