Remote UI/Front End Engineer

Cleared role - Must have or be able to obtain a Clearance

Salary - $140-170K

Introduction: The Remote UI/Front End Engineer will be responsible for developing operator-facing interfaces to understand the harbor environment, monitor systems, investigate events, and act on AI- and sensor-derived information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive operational web interfaces.
• Present maps, tracks, alerts, video, sensor status, system health, and AI-derived information.
• Design interfaces for rapid situational understanding rather than conventional business applications.
• Implement real-time updates and visualization of operational data.
• Work with human-factors personnel and operators to reduce cognitive load.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs and authentication systems.
• Support workstation, control-center, and applicable field-device displays.

Requirements:

• Strong modern front-end development experience.
• Experience with real-time applications, dashboards, mapping, or complex visualization.
• Ability to translate operational workflows into clear interfaces.

Preferred Skills:

• GIS/geospatial visualization.
• Command-and-control, maritime, industrial, simulation, or mission-system interfaces.
