Job Title: Front-End Developer(Angular)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote
Experience: 8+ Years Preferred
Role Type: Contract-W2
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Angular Front-End Developer to develop and enhance customer-facing web portals and mobile applications. The team builds digital tools that help apartment property managers manage their communities and related services.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and front-end application architecture, along with experience building scalable and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain front-end web applications using Angular.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Develop application features using Angular 16/17 and RxJS.
Implement state management using NgRx, Redux, or similar Flux architecture patterns.
Integrate front-end applications with GraphQL APIs, including Apollo where applicable.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and application performance improvements.
Follow front-end development best practices and Agile methodologies.
Work on multiple development initiatives while maintaining code quality and delivery timelines.
Explore and use AI-assisted development tools such as Kiro.

Required Skills

5+ years of software development experience preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Angular 16 or 17.
Good understanding of RxJS and reactive programming.
Experience with NgRx, Redux, or Flux-based state management.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Experience with GraphQL and API integration.
Strong understanding of front-end application architecture, data structures, algorithms, and functional programming.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.
Exposure to Ionic and Capacitor for mobile application development.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, particularly Kiro.
