We're hiring on behalf of a leading contact centre provider that partners with renowned clients to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated Fraud Team, playing a crucial role in protecting customers and their accounts.

The Role

• Investigate and resolve potential fraud and scam cases across online and telephony banking channels.
• Handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring account security.
• Investigate pending payments, approving or flagging them based on fraud concerns.
• Educate customers on how to protect themselves against fraud and scams.
• Support customers with various personal banking needs, including digital banking and card services.
• Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK Financial Services.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
