Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect ITSM/ITOM & AI

Location: Grand Rapids, MI 100% Onsite

Level: Senior / Lead / SME

What This Role Needs:

A senior ServiceNow architect who can own enterprise-wide platform architecture, modernize ITSM/ITOM, govern CMDB, handle complex integrations and custom development, and bring hands-on ServiceNow AI/automation expertise.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Enterprise-wide ServiceNow / Now Platform architecture
  • Strong ITSM + ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
  • ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, NLU Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, AIOps
  • CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Service Portal
  • JavaScript + ServiceNow scripting: GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions
  • Integrations + security: REST/SOAP, Mid Server, OAuth, SSO, ACLs, Domain Separation
  • Scalable platform architecture, CMDB governance, end-to-end platform deployments

Preferred:

  • Performance Analytics
  • Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Agile/Scrum leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Someone who combines:
  • Enterprise ServiceNow architecture
  • ITSM/ITOM modernization
  • Deep ServiceNow development/integration
  • Hands-on ServiceNow AI/automation
  • Prioritize this mix over candidates strong in only one area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable enterprise-wide ServiceNow target-state solutions
  • Lead ITSM and ITOM modernization
  • Deploy ServiceNow AI solutions: Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, NLU Virtual Agents, Agent Assist, AIOps
  • Architect across Service Catalog, Integration Hub, CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Portal
  • Develop complex custom apps using JavaScript and GlideRecord
  • Establish CMDB governance and scalable platform architecture
  • Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, Mid Server
  • Apply ServiceNow security: OAuth, SSO, ACLs, Domain Separation
  • Orchestrate end-to-end platform deployments
  • Use Performance Analytics and ATF

Provide Agile/Scrum leadership
