Your role:

Working closely alongside the Commercial Director Europe and wider Commercial team this role is responsible for all related Network Development activities for dealerships in region. Those activities include recruitment, establishment, performance management and brand compliance reinforcement of INEOS Grenadier dealerships. This role requires focus on implementing and managing market strategy by completing all necessary dealer recruiting and establishment documentation requirements, evaluation of dealer metrics and data, and sometimes in-store brand compliance reviews.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Internal factors:

  • Implement and contribute to the network, sales and aftersales compliance standards and strategic initiatives for the business as determined by the Leadership Team
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders on dealer development and management.

External factors:

  • Research and cultivate relationships with potential new dealer candidates in identified markets of interest.
  • Perform due diligence on potential dealer partners by investigating customer experience reputation, employee, and OEM relationships.
  • Keep up to date on latest dealer developments including staffing, ownership restructuring, relocations, renovations and key performance indicator and metric attainment.
  • Maintain strong understanding of latest industry and automotive franchise developments & franchising laws that may impact the business.

What we are looking for:

Level of education & Experience in general:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar
  • Dealership and automotive franchise experience; automotive product launch or company start up experience.
  • Proven history (5+ yrs) in automotive dealership or franchise development environments.
  • Fluent English and German skills, other European languages are a plus
  • Eligible to work in Germany

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (presentations and office package)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing dealer performance metrics.
  • Commercial acumen with experience supporting market strategy.
  • Experience with compliance standards.

Behavioural skills:

  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Negotiation skills.
