Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Rep

New Jersey's #1 Insurance Agency Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, personable Licensed Customer Service Insurance Representatives to join our Bloomfield team. This is not a call-center environment. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our existing clients—helping them understand their coverage, solve problems, make policy changes, and identify opportunities to better protect their families.

What You’ll Do

Your focus is to take great care of our clients. You’ll:

- Help existing clients with policy questions and changes

- Review accounts and identify potential coverage gaps

- Explain insurance in a way clients can actually understand

- Assist with billing, underwriting, and policy-related concerns

- Help clients navigate claims questions

- Build relationships that improve client retention

- Identify opportunities for additional coverage when appropriate

- Keep client information and account notes accurate and organized

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, confident, coachable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You may be a great fit if you:

- Have an active New Jersey Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License

- Have 1–2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience

- Communicate confidently and professionally

- Can handle client concerns without becoming overwhelmed

- Take ownership instead of passing problems along

- Are comfortable identifying sales opportunities during service conversations

- Work well as part of a team

- Are dependable and ready to grow

Compensation & Opportunity

- Salary + Commission + Bonuses

- There is real earning potential for team members who provide exceptional service while identifying opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs.

- Many first-year agents have the opportunity to earn $75,000+, with $100,000+ potential as they grow in their career.

Experience with insurance CRMs and agency management systems is a plus, but we can teach systems. Attitude, communication, accountability, and work ethic matter most.
