This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Desk Manager looking to advance their career in a thriving automotive environment.

Lead Management: Assign and manage leads effectively to maximize engagement and conversion, transforming interest into showroom visits while teaching your team to do the same.

Deal Structuring: Utilize your expertise to work deals and drive sales success, minimizing the lag time from customer inquiry to sending information, with a strong focus on securing appointments.
The candidate must be comfortable calling customers and have demonstrated the ability to handle calls effectively.

Dedicated Coaching: Unlike some stores that provide minimal support, you will receive guidance from a dedicated coach and a team of professionals with over 30 years of automotive experience. This coach will assist you with training materials, CRM training, vendor relations, and lead handling, ensuring you have the tools you need for success. They will also help you find solutions when you encounter challenges.
