Job description
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Dillon Building
- Schedule: Days | Full-time
- Oversee all daily practice site operations, managing staff, patient flow, and site policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between practice physicians, employees, and administrative/clinical departments.
- Support financial objectives, including budget monitoring and optimizing billing and collections functions.
- Develop and implement practice growth strategies, business plans, and staffing to meet provider demands.
- Manage all aspects of staff relations, including performance, recruitment, scheduling, and conflict management.
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
