Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Introduction:

This position will be responsible for providing operational support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service platform, including Author, Publish, Dispatcher, CDN, and supporting integrations. The role will involve monitoring platform health, troubleshooting production incidents, managing CI/CD deployment pipelines, and supporting capacity planning and performance tuning.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor platform health, system performance, and application availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and deployment failures
• Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and release activities
• Support platform security, access management, and compliance activities
• Maintain and optimize integrations between AEM and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with application development teams to ensure platform stability and scalability
• Create and maintain operational procedures, support documentation, and knowledge articles
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and automation

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience maintaining AEM platform
• Expertise supporting AEM as a Cloud Service environment
• Experience in incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture and cloud deployments
• Experience in platform governance and deployment support

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe, Application Development, Capacity Management, Continuous Integration, Microsoft Azure, JavaScript, Hosting, Web Applications, and Testing
