Pay Range: $65/hr - $73/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and analytics teams to define data and metrics requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Build and optimize ETL processes to support marketing campaigns at scale.
• Write high-quality SQL queries to analyze data from various database systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity issues across reporting and data infrastructure.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.).
• Proficiency in building and operating distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing.
• Experience in ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy) and report automation.
• Strong skills in Python and R.
• Ability to self-manage projects and set expectations.
• BA or BS degree in a STEM field.
• Experience in AI-centric organizations or using AI tools.
• Proven track record of building data pipelines and working with large datasets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and oral communication.
