Senior Dot Net Developer

Our client is looking to fill a contract to hire .NET Sr. Engineer position, which would involve designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using Microsoft s .NET framework and related technologies.

Typical Responsibilities

Based on industry-standard .NET Solution Architect job descriptions , the role would include:

• Designing and developing software solutions using .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs.
• Providing technical leadership in architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.
• Integrating systems and applications, including cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• Documenting technical specifications and design patterns.
• Staying current with emerging .NET technologies, cloud services, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Azure, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
