Systems Architect

Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Architect to lead the design, support, and optimization of enterprise business applications. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, enhance system performance, and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, support, and enhancement of enterprise business systems
• Partner with business and technical teams to improve operational workflows
• Manage system integrations, data flow, and application performance
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term solutions
• Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements
• Develop scalable solutions that support evolving business needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, inventory, or order management processes
• Experience with systems integration, data management, and business process optimization
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise integrations
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other product-based industries
• Experience leading enterprise application implementations or enhancements
