SAP Transportation Management (TM)

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM professional to provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for enterprise transportation and logistics initiatives. This individual will partner with business and technology teams to ensure scalable, efficient transportation management solutions are successfully designed, implemented, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SAP TM implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities.
• Review solution architecture, configuration, and design decisions to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential improvement opportunities.
• Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation teams to support successful program delivery.
• Support transportation planning, execution, and logistics process improvements.
• Translate complex SAP TM concepts into business-focused recommendations.
• Contribute to future-phase planning, roadmap development, and solution scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Deep SAP TM/SAP Transportation Management experience.
• Full lifecycle SAP TM implementation experience.
• Strong technical, configuration, and solution design expertise.
• Understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale deployments and production go-lives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within complex enterprise transportation environments.
• Multi-site implementation or rollout experience.
• Background supporting supply chain transformation programs.
• Experience working alongside system integrators and cross-functional project teams.
