Job Description
Recruit UK is supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for a Client Services Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services professional to lead a growing administration and PA support team, ensuring advisers receive first-class operational support while delivering an outstanding client experience. You'll be expected to travel to each of their offices on a monthly basis to support the delivery of training and 1-2-1s.
This is a people-first leadership role where you'll look after a team of around 10, managing workloads, coaching individuals and driving continuous improvements across the support function. You'll work closely with advisers, paraplanners and senior management, making a real impact on both team performance and the wider business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Wealth Administrators and PAs
- Manage workloads, team capacity and service levels across multiple offices
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and support employee development across multiple offices
- Act as the main escalation point for complex client/wealth administration queries
- Work alongside advisers, paraplanners and compliance to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency

About you:
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other office locations once a month (travel expenses covered)(Required)
- Previous experience within Wealth Management or Financial Planning (essential)
- Experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team within an administration or client support environment (desired)
- Great understanding of financial planning processes, FCA regulations and industry terminology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable coaching and delivering regular 1-2-1s
- Experience using Financial Planning back-office systems such as Intelligent Office or similar (advantageous)
- RO1 or other Financial Planning qualifications (advantageous)
