Are you a Field Service Engineer with experience servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems, looking to join a well-established and growing company offering long-term career prospects, further technical training and excellent earning potential?

On offer is the chance to join a stable business with over 40 years' experience in the electronic security industry, working across a varied regional patch with overtime, paid travel, a company vehicle and no overnight stays.

This company specialises in the maintenance, repair and installation of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial and domestic sites. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to support their expanding customer base across the North East, including Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham, Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas.

In this role you will carry out routine maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair across a wide range of fire and security systems. You will complete accurate service records using PDA systems, deliver excellent customer service and work in line with relevant industry standards and security screening requirements.

This role would suit an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer looking for a Monday to Friday field-based role with strong earning potential, specialist training and long-term progression within a growing business.

The Role

• Routine maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems
• Field-based role covering commercial, industrial and domestic sites across Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham, Stockton-on-Tees and surrounding areas
• Overtime, paid travel, company vehicle, laptop/PDA and specialist tools provided

The Person

• Experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
• Confident working on intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems
• Full UK driving licence essential
