ERP/CRM Consultant

Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to provide hands-on leadership for a Dayforce environment in Beverly Hills, California. This Long-term Contract position will guide the platform through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing improvement while serving as a key resource for functional and technical ownership. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with payroll, workforce management, and operational needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner of the Dayforce platform, overseeing administration, system governance, and day-to-day functional support. Lead platform setup and configuration activities, ensuring the solution is aligned with business processes and operational goals. Translate stakeholder needs into documented requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and help drive readiness for deployment milestones. Manage and support integrations between Dayforce and connected systems, including data flow validation and issue resolution.

Provide expertise across payroll, time tracking, scheduling, and workforce management functions to support reliable system performance. Develop and maintain a forward-looking enhancement plan, including patches, upgrades, and continuous optimization initiatives. Partner with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to coordinate delivery and resolve platform-related challenges. Requirements
3+ years of experience working with ERP, CRM, or HCM platforms in a consulting, administration, or implementation capacity.

Strong hands-on expertise with Dayforce administration, configuration, and functional support. Experience gathering business needs and converting them into clear documentation, system setup decisions, and testing plans. Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, or connected system support in enterprise application environments. Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management processes. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of full-cycle platform activities.

Experience with configuration management and technical collaboration across business and IT teams. Exposure to Workday integrations or prior end-to-end Dayforce implementation work is preferred.
