Position: PeopleSoft Security Analyst(HCM, FSCM & EPM)

We’re looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Security Analyst to manage application security, user access governance, and security auditing across enterprise PeopleSoft environments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Administer PeopleSoft security, including user profiles, roles, permission lists, and role-based access controls.
• Manage user access provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning based on employment status and approved requests.
• Conduct access reviews, role recertification, segregation-of-duties reviews, and privileged access assessments.
• Manage PeopleSoft Query security, Query Access Groups, and access to sensitive employee and payroll data.
• Audit security configurations, investigate unauthorized access, and remediate security findings.
• Develop security reports and automate access monitoring.
• Troubleshoot complex access issues across PeopleSoft environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, DBAs, internal auditors, and cybersecurity teams. 

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of PeopleSoft and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft application security administration.
• Experience managing roles, permission lists, user profiles, row-level security, and access provisioning.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security architecture and access controls.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Query Manager, Query Access Groups (QAG), and query security.
• Knowledge of access governance, security auditing, and protection of personally identifiable information (PII).
• Experience conducting access reviews, security audits, and compliance remediation.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex PeopleSoft authorization issues.

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and EPM.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59 or later.
• Experience querying PeopleSoft security tables using SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle database auditing and Fine-Grained Auditing (FGA).

• Experience with security automation and enterprise access governance.
