Shape Your Future with Purpose. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a Financial Operation Officer with 2 to 4 years of experience eager to develop their expertise across Clients Services Operations functions, with a particular interest and experience in LIFE INSURANCE OPERATIONS.

Your mission

As Client Services Officer, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues and contribute to various client assignments, including:

• Supporting Insurance and Banking institutions in client servicing and operational activities (e.g. cash & tax operations, regulatory reporting, corporate actions, settlements, custody, finance, insurance contract administration) including client onboarding, KYC documentation review, AML/CTF checks, name screening of client files in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the accurate execution of life insurance contract operations and related financial processing, ensuring high-quality client and partner servicing and adherence to internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Assisting clients in daily operations ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strict adherence to processes and deadlines.
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Back and/or Middle Office in Life Insurance Company
• Experience and understanding in managing the financial and administrative lifecycle of life insurance contracts (premiums, surrenders, switches, benefits), ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service. Perform controls and reporting while coordinating with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience and understanding of Life Insurance client servicing processes (policy administration, client file review, AML/KYC controls) is considered as a priority
• Experience with client onboarding, KYC documentation review or AML/CTF related processes in banking or insurance is considered a strong asset
• Strong client and partner orientation, with a focus on providing a high-quality service
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros) SQL for data management, Python for automation / analysis and IA knowledge is a plus
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus
• Fluent in English and French mandatory, additional languages are a plus
