The Role

• Collaborate with customers to visualize their kitchen wishes using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop unique kitchen concepts that balance style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to contract signing.
• Create compelling offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics, including delivery and installation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest kitchen trends and design possibilities.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances, design principles, and current product ranges.
• Proficiency with professional 3D kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office suites.
• Exceptional sales skills, including negotiation and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• A confident and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and an independent, goal-oriented work style.
