Manhattan Implementation Design Consultant

Introduction:

This position involves supporting the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Warehouse Management system. As an Implementation Design Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting supply chain solutions within the assigned division. This includes system setup, testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation support of Warehouse Management System into client sites. You will work closely with the team to ensure quality delivery of IT solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Recommending configuration strategies for IT solutions
• Participating in systems development concepts and software demonstration preparation
• Contributing to project planning and administration tasks
• Facilitating business acceptance testing process and providing technical support
• Performing system setup, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Facilitating training for associates, customers, and business partners

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field
• 7-9 years of experience in an IT environment
• 5-7 years of experience as an Implementation Design Lead in business systems
• Knowledge of information technology, logistics, and supply chain marketplace
• Thorough knowledge of specific applications based on assigned specialty area
• Excellent verbal communication skills
