The Role

• Sample preparation and distribution
• Sample processing and result validation in clinical chemistry, hematology, serology, and parasitology
• Maintenance and servicing of analytical equipment
• Handling of clarification cases and complaints
• Implementation of quality management procedures
• Clarification of unclear requirements with submitters and internal departments

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as a VMTA, MTA, TFA, MFA, or comparable scientific education
• Initial professional experience working with serum and blood samples
• Technical aptitude and good computer skills are advantageous
• Excellent German language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Proactive, motivated, team-oriented, and reliable
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
