The Role • Process merchandise shipments efficiently. • Replenish stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability. • Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, sales floor, and stockrooms. • Support omni-channel requests and adhere to company processes for digital experiences. • Uphold the company's service culture and customer expectations. What You'll Need • Be at least 18 years old. • Possess strong communication skills. • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation. • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. • Capacity to stand, lift, walk, and bend, including handling cartons up to 25 lbs. • Comfort with or willingness to learn technology, including handheld devices.
