The Role

• Engage with customers in their homes to provide expert HVAC solutions and sales consultations.
• Leverage warm leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling or canvassing.
• Communicate product and service offerings effectively to meet customer needs.
• Develop customized proposals and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, with a preference for in-home or one-call-close experience.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to present product and service solutions compellingly.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
