Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team for outdoor products and drive growth across the Southern German market, with a focus on Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, covering areas such as Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe and surrounding regions. This is a field-based role, focused on acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. You will spend a significant part of your time travelling to and visiting clients across your region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Acquiring new customers directly across Southern Germany, particularly Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Developing and maintaining strong, ongoing cooperation with existing clients.
Engaging with customers via frequent in-person meetings, phone, and email.
Achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs, both in volume and quality.
Supporting customers throughout the purchasing process, offering expert guidance and care.
Managing order fulfilment and handling administrative tasks with precision

What We’re Looking For:

Advanced knowledge of German (written and spoken) and English – essential.
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
Availability and willingness to travel frequently to clients across the region. A company car will be provided for this role.
A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Industry knowledge is preferred.A technical background is a strong advantage.
