Program Delivery Director

job summary:

We are seeking a senior Program Delivery Director to lead overall governance, strategic alignment, and delivery leadership across the assessment and design phases of a major SAP enterprise transformation. In this role, you will partner directly with executive stakeholders to manage program risk, drive key decision frameworks, and ensure seamless delivery across all workstreams.

responsibilities:

• Lead overall program governance, program charter execution, deployment roadmap design, and quality gate exit reporting across assessment and design phases.
• Act as the senior escalation point for open architecture, SAP platform, infrastructure, governance, and critical milestone dependency decisions.
• Chair steering committee meetings and facilitate executive discussions for strategic alignment and risk resolution.
• Manage and enforce the RACI matrix across joint, client, and delivery team responsibilities covering day-to-day program management, budgeting, scheduling, and tool configurations.
• Direct the fixed-fee commercial structure, overseeing invoicing schedules, milestone completion, and key delivery personnel continuity.
• Coordinate across all functional (Foreign Currency, GL/COA, Consolidation, Statutory) and enabling (Technical, Data, Reporting, Access Controls & SOX, OCM, PMO) workstreams to ensure strict phase exit criteria are satisfied before initiating design.
